Online or by phone. Tell us the breed so we set aside the right amount of time rather than squeezing you in.
Arrive and chat
Five minutes going through the coat with you. We agree the cut and you get the price before anything starts.
Leave them with us
Most full grooms run one and a half to three hours. Nervous dogs sometimes take longer, and that is fine.
Pick up a happy dog
We tell you honestly how it went and anything we noticed. Then you book the next one while you are standing there.
Things people ask before booking.
Do you take walk ins?
We work by appointment so every dog gets a proper window rather than sitting in a crate waiting. Call and we will often find you something the same week.
Do you groom cats?
Dogs only. Cats need a groomer who does nothing but cats, and we would rather point you to one than pretend otherwise.
What if I need to cancel?
Give us as much notice as you can and there is no problem. A slot we know about early goes to someone else who needs it.
My dog has bitten a groomer before. Will you still see him?
Tell us when you book and we will have an honest conversation about it. Sometimes the answer is yes with two of us and a longer appointment. Sometimes the honest answer is that your dog needs sedated grooming at a vet, and we will say so rather than risk it.
