What it costs

Clear pricing. No surprises.

Every groom is priced around your dog’s size, coat, and what they need.

Full groom

Breed specific trims and custom shapes, faces and paws tidied, matting worked out gently. Cut to your dog's coat and to what your dog will actually sit through.

Starting at$60

Bath and blow dry

Skin safe shampoo, a proper blow dry and a full brush out. Loose coat gone, tangles gone, shedding down for weeks.

Starting at$30

Nails and paws

Clipped to a comfortable length, sharp edges filed smooth. Calm handling, and we stop before your dog stops enjoying it.

Flat$15

Ears and hygiene

Wax and debris cleared with safe solutions and a careful hand. Small job, and it heads off the irritation that turns into a vet bill.

Before After
The part that takes time

Anyone can rush it. Nobody enjoys the result.

A matted coat cannot be hurried. Pull it and you hurt the dog, and the dog remembers you for it. So we work it out slowly, we stop when your dog needs a minute, and we take the extra ten.

Hold the photo and take it off yourself. That is roughly how fast we go.

Press and hold

That is the difference your dog feels.

Who we are good with

Big paws, tiny toes, furry seniors and patient puppies.

Big dogs Great Danes, standard poodles, giant schnauzers. Two of us on the table when that is what it takes.
Nervous dogs Fear free handling, no shouting, no forcing. If your dog needs a break, your dog gets a break.
Seniors Short sessions, soft surfaces, and no standing for longer than an old dog should have to.
First timers Puppies get the gentle introduction, so the next hundred appointments are easy ones.

The people holding the clippers

You will know their names by the second visit.

Read the reviews and the same names keep coming up, because the same people keep doing the grooming. Your dog gets a person, not whoever is free.

Breed specific cuts, deshedding, hand scissoring, coat and skin work. Hospital grade sanitation and appointment windows we actually keep.

What owners say

Every one of these is about the dog, not the haircut.

★★★★★

Had a great experience bringing my dog Murphy here. What really stood out was how calm and happy he seemed afterward compared to some of his previous grooming experiences. It is clear they care about the dogs they work with.

They do amazing with my Great Dane. It has taken us a couple years finding a good groomer for him, and we are so happy we found Caleb at A✂A Grooming.

Ada was amazing. We were able to get in the next day after I reached out. She was timely, the cut looked great, and she was affordable. We will be coming back.

Before you book

The things people actually worry about.

My dog hates being groomed. Will you force him?

No. We use fear free handling, which means we work at your dog's pace and stop when he needs to stop. If he is having a hard day we do what we safely can, tell you honestly where we got to, and finish next time. Nobody gets held down.

How often should my dog be groomed?

Every four to six weeks for most coats. Doodles and other curly coats mat quickly and do better at four. Short coated dogs stretch further. Tell us your breed when you book and we will give you a straight answer for your dog rather than a general one.

My dog is huge. Can you handle him?

Yes. Great Danes, standard poodles and giant schnauzers are normal days here, and two of us work the table when a big dog needs two. One of our reviews is from an owner who spent two years looking for someone who could manage her Dane.

What if my dog is badly matted?

We will tell you before we start. Severe matting sometimes cannot be brushed out without hurting the dog, and in those cases a short clip is the kind option, not the lazy one. You will hear that from us at drop off with the price, never as a surprise afterwards.

Will the price change once you have seen my dog?

The listed prices are starting points, and size and coat condition can move them. If your dog is going to cost more than the starting price we tell you at drop off and you decide then. No adjustments appear at pickup.

How long will it take?

Most full grooms run one and a half to three hours depending on size and coat. We book proper windows rather than stacking dogs, which is why your appointment starts when it says it does.
